Therapeutic yoga coaching is a personalized approach to making the traditional wisdom yoga practical and applicable for you today. This work takes us through an exploration of the eight limbs of the practice to support your mental, emotional, physical, and energetic well-being. Meredith integrates tailored practices that may include movement, breathwork, meditation, and mindfulness, to empower you to cultivate balance, resilience, and a deeper connection to yourself.

Whether you're looking to reduce stress, enhance self-awareness, or generate lasting change, this approach provides a supportive space for growth and transformation tailored to your unique goals. A heavy emphasis is placed on the layers of the practice beyond the physical postures- expect working themes of mindfulness, self-compassion, and equanimity.

Fees and Policies
Saver Psychotherapy uses a fee for service model and does not bill insurance companies...
Using a fee for service model means that you and I have total control over your therapy process including the length of sessions and confidentiality of your records. It also means that I can fully focus on your concerns without reporting a specific mental health diagnosis as is required by insurance companies.
You may have out of network benefits. If so, I can provide you with a monthly Superbill for you to submit for reimbursement. Check with your insurance company and be sure to verify if telehealth services are covered.
Sessions and Fees
Intake Session: 150
Individual Session: 120
Session rates are based on a therapy hour which lasts 50 minutes. I offer extended sessions and intensives upon request.

Payment is due at the time of session. I accept cash, checks, most major credit cards, and HSA/FSA.

Providing accessible therapy is a strong value of mine, so I offer a few adjusted rate slots for those who may need a lower fee. Please let me know if you are interested in this when we first connect.
No Surprises Act
In compliance with the No Surprises Act, Saver Psychotherapy, LLC offers the below formula to estimate the cost of care. While the course of psychotherapy can be unpredicable, your fee per session is payable the same day of your service. You have the option to opt out at any time during your therapy process.

To estimate your total cost, multiply the cost of an individual session by the number of sessions you will attend (including the cost of the intake session.)
