Your therapist, Meredith, believes that life is meant to be savored. She also knows that life can be really f!@#$%* hard and there are countless ways that our ability to do so can become blocked.
Here's the thing- if life feels really f!@#$% hard right now, it doesn't have to stay this way. With the right support and resources, and a willingness to do the work, change is totally possible.
Meredith understands that we are fluid and contextual beings. This means that our unique definitions of balance (and imbalance) change over time, across settings and circumstances. As a result, she doesn't believe that there is a one-size-fits-all approach to healing.
